Marshmallow sauces – for ice cream, cake topping, frosting & filling (or even for eating straight out the bowl…)
Gooey Delicious chocolate Marshmallow Sauce . This recipe makes around 2 servings of sauce:
- 6 ounce. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 mug of hot water
- 8 large marshmallows or half a cup of tiny marshmallows (standard flavour)
- 1 and a half cups of powdery sugar
-1 tbs vanilla
Steps:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bottomed sauce pan
2. Bring to the boiling point and stirring constantly
3. Remove your sauce pan from heat and then continue on stirring until the chocolate is totally melted
4. The mixture will begin to become thick
5. Offer hot or perhaps at room temperature. The choice is yours!
